Pricing

Priced by the schedule you already keep.

A plan covers your regular weekly services on one audio source, and the price is the same whether that week runs long or short. Underneath it a meter counts translated speech in language-hours against a monthly ceiling, so silence and any time the translation pipeline is down do not accrue usage against you.

These are the figures you are charged. Cancel any time; see cancelling and refunds.

Three paid plans. One free Trial.

Each plan includes a monthly ceiling of language-hours, set at roughly 1.5 times realistic use for that schedule. The allowance is pooled across your account, so a quiet room does not waste its share.

One audio source
One simultaneous sound-desk feed translated by Yazyk, usually from one room.

Three languages at once, on every plan
Not a paid tier: no plan buys a fourth. Language count is already reflected in language-hours.

The unit is a language-hour.

The unit follows the work you asked Yazyk to do.

One language-hour
One hour of speech translated into one language.

Two languages for one 60-minute talk is two language-hours, not one. Music, singing, and silence are not translated, so they do not count.

Honest billing

The clock is not the product.

The meter follows translated audio produced for each requested language. It does not treat silence or a stopped pipeline as delivered work.

It is also not the whole bill. A subscription covers your schedule up to the plan ceiling; usage past that ceiling becomes overage. The meter shows what was produced, while separate event telemetry records failures.

Speech

Produced translation counts

Translated speech produced for a selected language accrues language-hour usage.

Silence

Pauses do not count

Silence between sentences is not translated audio, so it stays off the meter.

Outages

Pipeline down means no usage accrues

When the translation pipeline is down, those minutes do not add language-hour usage.

Languages

Three at once, and unpriced

A service runs up to three languages at the same time, chosen from sixty, and every plan gets the same three. It is a limit of what the software runs at once, not a tier to buy past — no plan raises it, and paying more does not. A language-hour is hours multiplied by languages, so the ceiling already prices language count; charging per language on top would bill the same thing twice.

Past the ceiling, and beyond one computer.

The rest of the model

  • Overage. $15 per 6 language-hours past your ceiling, added in blocks as you use them. There is no daily cap, because a cap on a per-unit-cost meter loses the most money on exactly the busy week it was meant to bound.
  • A second audio source. $49 per month, which adds a flat 12 language-hours to the pooled account allowance.
  • Annual billing. Twelve months for the price of ten: $490, $890, or $1,490.
  • Running out mid-session. Passing a ceiling rolls usage into blocks. It does not end a live session, and it is not allowed to.

Every figure here is what you are charged. Usage is measured by the software as it speaks each language, reported while the service runs, and totalled on your invoice.

Usage and failure appear together.

An event writes a run log that records language-hours, coverage, and every interruption together. Turning that log into a readable summary is a script we run, not yet something the app does for you. Your account does show the language-hours used and left in the current period, and the operator console shows the same figures without opening a browser.

Planned, not yet in force

If our pipeline drops during your session, that session is free.

The credit is what you actually pay for the month divided by the sessions the month included, not the plan's list price, so an annual discount reaches the credit too.

This guarantee launches once measured coverage clears about 98 percent over a trailing 20 services, and not before. Publishing it early is not the same as owing it today, and this page will say so until the day it changes. The meter rules above explain what is measured and how.
